About Me
I’m a certified executive coach (ICF, Co-Active Training Institute) in the San Francisco Bay Area, with over a decade of experience coaching leaders. Before becoming a coach, I was an executive myself, leading teams of up to 150 in high-pressure environments, so I understand the realities you face. I'm also a long-time meditation teacher and mindfulness expert. I’m trained in a wide range of evidence-based modalities including performance science, behavioral psychology, and stress reduction techniques. Over the past ten years, I’ve developed a proven approach that blends practical, evidence-based tools with deep presence and dynamic coaching, to help leaders close the gaps between where they are and where they want to be.
