About Me
I’m a certified executive coach (ICF, Co-Active Training Institute) in the San Francisco Bay Area, with over a decade of experience coaching senior women leaders. Before becoming a coach, I was an executive myself, leading teams of up to 150 in high-pressure environments, so I understand the realities you face. I'm also an experienced meditation teacher and mindfulness expert, and trained in a wide range of evidence-based modalities including performance science, behavioral psychology, and stress reduction techniques. Over the past ten years, I’ve developed a proven approach that blends practical, evidence-based tools with deep presence and dynamic coaching, to help women close the gap between where they are and where they want (and need) to be.
